FAQs

When is the wedding?

Our wedding will be on Monday, December 14, 2026.

Where is the wedding?

Both our ceremony and reception will be held at El Retiro, Baguio City, so there’s no need to travel between venues.

What time should I arrive?

Our ceremony is scheduled to begin at 2:00 PM. We kindly ask all guests to arrive at least 30–45 minutes before the ceremony to allow time for parking, finding your seat, and settling in before the celebration begins.

What should I do if I arrive late?

To avoid disrupting the ceremony, our coordinators will guide late arrivals to their seats at an appropriate time. We appreciate your understanding and encourage everyone to arrive early so you won’t miss any part of the celebration.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Our wedding will be a garden wedding, with both the ceremony and reception taking place outdoors at El Retiro.

December in Baguio is known for its cool weather, especially in the late afternoon and evening. We recommend bringing a light jacket, shawl, or wrap to stay warm.

Since the celebration will be held on grass, we also suggest wearing comfortable footwear such as block heels, wedges, flats, or dress shoes suitable for outdoor walking.

How do I get to Baguio City?

Since all of our guests will be travelling from outside Baguio City, we encourage everyone to plan their trip well in advance. You may travel by private vehicle or public transportation, whichever is most convenient for you.

As December is one of the busiest travel seasons, we highly recommend booking your transportation early and allowing extra travel time to account for holiday traffic and delays.

Where should I stay?

Baguio offers a wide selection of hotels, inns, and vacation rentals to suit different budgets. Since December is peak season, we encourage everyone to book accommodations as early as possible.

You may also refer to the Travel & Accommodations section of our website for our recommended places to stay.

Will transportation be provided?

As much as we would love to arrange transportation for our guests, we are unfortunately unable to do so due to the overall logistics and arrangements involved in hosting a destination wedding. We kindly ask everyone to make their own travel arrangements to and from the venue.

We truly appreciate your understanding and the effort you’re making to travel and celebrate this special day with us. Your presence is the greatest gift we could ask for.

Is parking available?

Yes, parking will be available within the El Retiro property. However, parking spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you plan to bring a car, we kindly ask that you let us know in advance so we can coordinate parking arrangements with the venue and better manage the available parking spaces.

Do I need to RSVP?

Absolutely. Your RSVP helps us finalise our guest list and ensures an accurate headcount for seating, catering, and other wedding arrangements. We sincerely appreciate receiving your response by the requested deadline.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Kindly RSVP on or before October 31, 2026. If we do not receive your response by then, we will regretfully consider it as a decline so we can finalise our guest count.

I already RSVP’d “Yes,” but I can no longer attend. What should I do?

We completely understand that plans can change. If you’re no longer able to attend, please let us know as soon as possible so we can update our guest list and reallocate your seat.

I RSVP’d “No,” but my plans have changed and I can now attend. What should I do?

We’d love to celebrate with you! Please let us know as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, we hope you understand that your seat may have already been offered to another guest. We’ll confirm with you as soon as we’re able.

Can I bring a plus one?

Please refer to your invitation for the number of seats reserved for your party. As much as we’d love to celebrate with everyone, our venue has a limited capacity, so we kindly ask that only those whose names appear on the invitation attend.

Are children invited?

We love your little ones and would be delighted to celebrate with them. However, due to venue capacity and seating arrangements, we are only able to accommodate children whose names are specifically included in the invitation.

We kindly ask that guests refer to their invitation for the number of reserved seats allocated to their party.

Can I take photos or videos during the ceremony?

We kindly ask everyone to remain present during our ceremony. You’re welcome to take photos from your seat, but please be mindful not to block the aisle or obstruct the view of our photographers and videographers, especially during the processional and bridal entrance.

Once the ceremony concludes, we’d love for you to capture and share the celebration during the reception!

Do you have a gift registry?

Your love, prayers, and presence on our wedding day are the greatest gifts we could ask for.

For those who wish to bless us with a gift, we have chosen to keep things simple with a monetary gift option available during the wedding reception. Your generosity will help us begin this new chapter together, and we are truly grateful for your kindness and support.
